Payments are final
All setup fees, subscription charges, usage charges, and other payments are nonrefundable once processed. Purchasing a plan reserves access, infrastructure, and support capacity for the purchased period.
Cancel future months
You may cancel a recurring subscription before its next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not reverse the current or previous billing period.
Cancel before a trial becomes paid
Card-required trials automatically become paid subscriptions at the rate displayed at checkout. Cancel the trial in your portal before its displayed end time to stop the first charge and future renewals. Separately granted complimentary access does not automatically become paid.
Access after cancellation
Unless the account is suspended for security, abuse, nonpayment, or law, service remains available through the end of the already-paid subscription period. You are responsible for exporting needed data before access ends.
Required exceptions
If applicable law requires a refund, or if Coldfire Studios confirms a duplicate or erroneous charge, the legally required or corrected amount will be returned to the original payment method.
How to cancel
Use the subscription controls in the client portal when available or send a documented request to hello@coldfirestudios.com from the account email. Cancellation is effective when confirmed.
