Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using Coldfire Studios software, you agree to these terms and applicable product terms. You must be legally able to enter the agreement and authorized to act for any business account you create.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized users, credential security, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Recurring plans renew for the stated billing period until canceled. You may cancel future renewals at any time; access continues through the paid period unless suspension is required for security, abuse, or law. Fees already charged are nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise.
Card-required trials and complimentary access
Where a paid plan includes a trial, its trial duration and post-trial price are shown before checkout. A payment method is required. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, billing starts automatically at the agreed rate and repeats for the stated billing period until cancelled. Complimentary access granted separately by Coldfire does not start billing automatically.
Software use
We grant a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the purchased service for its documented business purpose. You may not resell access, bypass limits, interfere with security, or reverse engineer except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Changes and availability
Services evolve. We may improve, replace, or retire functionality and will provide reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects a paid service. Maintenance, third-party outages, emergencies, and events outside reasonable control can interrupt availability.
Business responsibility
You remain responsible for business decisions, backups, legal compliance, and reviewing automated outputs before acting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months.
